Newcomers get a head start with our unique model of aligning candidates with major employers for focused training in in-demand skills that get them hired directly into relevant roles.
Our programs are designed to save educated and experienced newcomers from the desperate ‘struggle years’ of doing odd jobs to collect ‘Canadian experience’, before they can find meaningful employment. All programs are free for candidates.

Evolution Canada was founded in Toronto, Ontario and is led by a team that has been devoted to connecting the less privileged sections of Canada’s workforce with rewarding career opportunities for over 10 years.
